DFCU Donation
The Dannemora Federal
Credit Union recently made a $25,000 donation to the Clinton County Veterans
Service Agency
and the North Country Veterans Association. This continues a lengthy tradition
of aid to area veterans by the credit union.
The donation was received by Frank McGrath, treasurer North Country Veterans
Association; was bestowed by Matthew Barbell,
branch manager/marketing coordinator, Dannemora Federal Credit Union; and was
also received by Steven Bowman, director,
Clinton County Veterans Service Agency.

Elise Beaulieu and her
students continue to provide outstanding community support to regional
organizations as the NCVA.
Members of our organization have met with her students in a classroom setting
over the past several years to discuss our military
experiences. We share our thoughts and ideas as it relates to their questions
about these military experiences, and how they have
affected our transition back into civilian life. We have included excerpts from
emails between Lou Hunter, Ken Hynes and Elise after
our meeting on April 30th.
